Giving Back

I am considering assignments in the missions field for documentary style photojournalism. I believe that what we sow, we reap…
Giving Back is an integral part of our family lifestyle.

Here are a few ways you can get involved…

Kids4Kids Crossing Borders
Imagine with me…
an island paradise…a small village away from the coast…
towered by a mountain…
of a garbage dump…
with an uxplained peace and joy surrounding the people… and you have Cien Fuegos, Dominican Republic
I am currently accepting donations of fully-functioning cameras: both 35 mm and digital to launch a “kids with cameras” program in December, 2009- educating the children of Cien Fuegos to look at the world from a different perspective- through a lens.

The Borland Center
Showcasing over sixty of my finished canvas images, the Borland Center is a fantastic place to discover the symphony, a performance, or Palm Beach Community Church.

South Florida Snapping Sisters
A group designed by myself and a friend aimed at inspiring other women to get out, see things from a different perspective, and shoot! We meet once monthly at a different location to share tips, tricks and laughs! Details here…

The love of the food and wine industry lends a way for my husband and I to give back. We have volunteered our time and services to the Naples Winter Wine Fest and to the Florida Wine Fest, both supporting local children’s charities.

A HUGE hug and thank you to my dear “sisters” Amber, De, Helga and Kellie for helping me get this site launched!
Stay tuned for more ways you can help.
