Jen’s artistic eye and adventurous spirit have emerged from behind the lens with the invention of the iPad. After living abroad and traveling the four corners, she has returned to her roots and is planting new ones in South Florida. Her passion is to inspire others to live their dreams by tasting all the extraordinary goodness life has to offer. With her simplistic style of natural lighting photography and old-fashioned journal writing, Jen makes the best of what’s on her plate- all over the globe…or right in her own back yard. Jen is a hidden treasure hunter, a proud home schooling mother of two boys, and is joyfully married to her knight in shining armor, Luis.
